the Magician, the jack of all trades.  Here the queen of wands and her little black cat staring you down right now makes me wonder when i laid this spread last night if your cat was hungry or something and bothering you.  (assuming you have a cat)    A worldly man with all the tools of the trade with a queen and page in between.  knowing that the present comes from the past its good to see the queen of wands with her little cat (still staring at you) but the sun flower says that you have retained some, if not all of your past, spiritual aspects which makes me personally feel warm to say because its making you who you are.  The page of cups, a young man in your life maybe a negative aspect to because he is reversed and with the queen maybe his mother and her little black cat that is still staring at you might be a little trouble, negativity, conflict between the two or you  not to worry it'll work itself out. it feels like growing pains for the young man and his trouble (if you can call it trouble at all)  it almost feels like a sexual issues with him that people around him are seeing or feeling that they are dealing with and of course the world.
