My biggest question on my mind is my job and the outcome in the near future!  Will i keep working?  is my path in that job at its end?

its not so much i worry about my work as in job performance i was refering more to my job in general. meaning: will i still have my job in the near future.  due to a lot of out-sourcing its just a matter of time before me, my co workers and most likly my bos will lose our department hence our jobs!  
  although right now i have been trained to work in a new department so that was a plus to see in the reading that it may pay off for me! because it has been hard work.  the scary part about that i still face a laid off in the next few weeks beucase i'm just helping out in that department.

wow, when it rains it pours!    i just finsihed answering a private message about an update on this reading.  what's funny is that i was just thinking and review this post yesterday and thought asking for an update.  its seems like you gals have pickup on what i was feeling!  

shortly after this orginal reading i was laid off, then last week i worked for only 3 days then laid off again.  This coming up Monday i may go back for some more cross-training although i haven't heard from my boss yet to let me know if that is the case or not.  This month were supoose to hear about a big job that would get all of us back to work (maybe) and with the cross trianing i can be sure i could be one of them to go back.  Unless they (company) decided that our jobs don't need to be done anyway and just get rid of our dept altogether which is possible!    

any heads up on things to come would be nice!  will i still have my job?  Will i still have a job? or something along those lines would be nice to know.
