Well I am very sorry to say that unless you work very hard you may receive nothing again this year. Pressures from outside like your family will not encourage you but sometime hinder you. Your reading is on Focus and not expectations.
If we don't work hard at what we want and need in our lives then it will be harder to come by.
Rejections for whatever reason is not very pleasant, so you must pick yourself up, dust yourself down and start again. But this time you have to aim higher to reach your target. Lift that bar a couple of centimetres and keep training to you get over it. Once you have achieved that, then you can achieve anything.
