I really like the idea of "giving it to them straight". Letting the querent know that Tarot is for guidance only and not a "set in stone" kind of thing. I guess you really have to put that legal stuff in there too. That is, if you plan on getting paid to do readings.
I have not made up my mind about that yet. It is a difficult subject and not always easy to know what the right or best thing to do is. Ahhh, I've got time to figure it all out I guess.
I got a question though: What about letting the querent know that sometimes Tarot speaks to what is really on the heart rather than the question asked? That has happened to me occasionally during self readings. I will ask a question and Tarot takes me in a completely different direction, not really answering what I asked, but showing me something more important and meaningful at that point in time. Maybe I'm just weird?? LOL
