Sorry was in Hospital a few days and was in and out and not really anywhere!
No, the three tier crown does not stand for the trinity, but:
Triregnum", also called the "tiara" or "triple crown", represents the pope's three functions as "supreme pastor", "supreme teacher" and "supreme priest".
The Pope is also called the Vicar of Peter, who was believed to be the first "Pope" but not really established as fact!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But, also there is no evidence in the Bible to contradict that Christ actually established the "Papacy", but this is another subject as The Papacy shifted seats and was at one stage a "major" centre of corruption, etc, etc.....
