3 card spread & phone reading, Mysticism, reading, forums, Numerology, Sun Signs, Divination

Hi all, I'm new on here & just thought I would ask a question

How would client choose the 3 cards from deck if I were to do phone reading? Whats the best way to go about it ..

Question may seem oversimplistic but I'm a newbie to Tarot and this site

Fanning out the deck and randomly drawing would take less time...

You will have to do the picking/choosing of the cards; there are no two ways about it. But I would cut the deck into two, three or four piles (usually they do three) and ask the client to pick one and then you pick the cards from the top of the selected pile.

Over the internet or on this site, you do all the cutting (if you do cutting) and picking of the cards with the emphasis being on the Seeker.

there is nothing they can really do over the phone or internet. when i first started to read the tarot, in my book said, they client should cut the deck but i found if i can do a reading over the internet without them touching the deck so why have them touch at anytime at all (now that i think about it).
the one thing i do when i read over the internet is to try to focus my energies toward the client and then do the reading. i try to connect so i can read them.

Yep especially if they are paying by the minute as some folk can tend to be annoyed if the reader even takes too long to shuffle lol. I use a headset so both hands are free which I think is crucial, that way I can shuffle whilst saying hello and be ready to start asap. Once shuffled I usually use the cards straight from the pile

I would also recommend learning the deck very well and getting experience of reading everywhere before trying phones, it can be quite daunting and going umm err doesn't go down well either
