I did a week ago a tarot reading for a friend of mine. She wanted to know what will happen in the future at her work. Here is what i got:

10 of Cups: All is well and peacefull at work, if there had been conflicts at work, those will end, problems will be rezolved.

Ace of Coins: A new project will start, prosperity. A project or an opportunity will cross your path that has great potential of realization. This is a great time to start.

The Lovers: moral and ethical crossroads. You are faced with a decision between moral and ethical or simply 2 lovers or partners will cause u troubles. It might also mean you're missing/not invited to meetings.

Ace of Wands: A ruch of natural energy will help you with your new activity. Don't hesitate.

Page of Wands: you meet an exuberant and very enthusiastic person related to the new project or you explore what you can do for this new project with unlimited enthusiasm.

I would like to know about your opinions on how I made the reading. The person said I was correct but I'm curious about the opinions of people more experienced than me. Oh, i forgot to say that I'm a complete begginer at Tarot reading. I've been reading for only a mounth(actually less, since the 5th of July)

I mostly agree with your interpretations, I would just like to add how the pictures look- if you are using Rider-Waite.

It looks as if she, coworkers, and the business itself may be getting on quite well as of late.  Everyone seems happy and sharing in the abundance her work is being blessed with right now.  Lots of good things seem to be going around for not only her, but everyone as a group.  And so that Ace of Pentacles is coming across as a gift to her.  The pentacle is being offered, and so it suggests that her focus should be on getting that which she feels she deserves.  The Lovers does present a bit of a problem for her- as to whether she feels she may actually deserve  this opportunity or not, and therein may lie the ethical dilemma.  Or she may question if she is "good enough" to take this offer.  But the Ace of Wands does suggest that it is the opportune time for her to act and put her best efforts into getting exactly what she wants.  If you'll notice, the hand in the Ace of Wands looks like a "thumbs up" signal for her to go forth with whatever it is she's being offered here.  And the Page of Wands says that she can expect good news to come from this.  It all probably seems surreal to her, but my advice is that she doesn't hesitate.

And my advice to her was the same, to not hesitate. I found out later that she was in trials for a promotions and she was working happy and with enthusiasm, without any doubts. I was really happy for her

I would interpret the cards very similarly. I would say she's reached a point in her career where she's accomplished the most she possibly can in her position and she's reached a point where she is either forced to or feels a need for change. This opportunity has either already presented itself or is about to very soon. She seems to feel conflicted though with this change. Her choices seem to go in two opposite directions and she's unsure of whether to take the risk or to stay in her stable environment. She's afraid of the change and of regretting it and wishing for the comfort of stability. She doesn't need to worry about this though. As with any new venture it will feel foreign at first and there may be misunderstood fear and longing but she will quickly realize how much more fulfilling this new position will be. She needs to dive in head first into this new project as it's the best thing for her now. Otherwise she'll remain stagnant.
