Hi Guys.
Shall we all please pay attention? ,, very good!
Around the waist of The Magician, we find the Orouboros. This is most interesting. One of the definitions of the Orouboros indicates "The biggining and the End" also that the Orouboros was create "perfect" as it's environment had no enemies, he need no food as his excrement is also his food, indication "completion" etc. In other words we are looking at the completed cycle of Aleph and Yod, in the Magician. Yet another meaning takes it further saying it is BLACK AND WHITE as Yin ans Yang, but we are working with Tarot, in the West.
Now, where do we see a very definitive black and white? How do we find the influence from Persepone? A very interesting angle here, why do we have wings in the suit of Cups---water? Who is Hermes and how is his influence on The Magician.
Look at the Two of Cups, What is the purpose of the cadeuces, Lions head. The woman dressed similar to the High Priestess and the man's dress, we find on The Fool. Let us start doing and see the light!!

Hi Cassie, English is my third Language.
The importance, is what are we trying to see, and what may be learned by merely discussing things which may render interesting points of view!
My laptop do underline incorrect spelling, and even with the wrong letters the Internet is cunning enough to understand what we want to ask? It's just that i'm not particular to do spell checks.
Blessed be.

Hi Guys,
Ok, it seems as if we can just not any responses from a worldwide audience!!
Let me start explaining what the symbols actually refer to!
Hermes, or the messanger of the Gods, had the caduceus, with wings as his "mission" implies!
Hermes is assigned to mercury, the planet. He is also the patron God to thieves, liers, travelers and commerce in general. As the Magician, can be defined as being a trickster, etc. Hermes is his protector!
Now we see the caduceus on the Two of Cups, What does this mean? Obviosly a link between Hermes, The Magician, The High Priestess, and the suit of Cups.
Look around you, where do we see a predominance of the caduceus being used? It's right under your nose, just realise it.
Now, let's start at this and discuss this please!
Blessed be.
