Hi Pirbid,

I don't know, but I feel we should lock this thread for commentaries or postings. You created this sticky particularly that we would not have to re-post all the links.

When we have discussions beyond this, we defeat the object, as we would have to continuously do the same as on "how much...."

I hope this makes any sense?
