Since you only ask for opinion about a spread, and these can differ from reader to reader, I think Tarot main forum is the place.

i took the cards you drew from 9 card spread because i think i might no which spread you used.  usually it read as past, present and future so thats how i will read the cards you drew.
In the past starting with the King of Wands you have a strong male figure that you might be involved with that has given you a struggle or and issue (IV OF WANDS) of sorts that you are worried and blind to what the answer might be because of the VIII of Swords. in the future column you have the Ace of Cups that runs over with a stress of sorts maybe on a spiritual level that if you sort out can bring you happiness (X of Cups) which leads us to the King of Cups another strong male figure that leads me to believe that you are dealing with issues on a subconscious level that might lead in the a battle of spiritual issues or subconscious issues (Ace of Swords)  that now will deal a woman (Queen of Swords) at the end of the spread in the Future there is a man picking up the piece of a battle and looking toward others and the sea.
that's how i would intrpet this cards and if i get ever close to what you are dealing with i would be shocked because i didn't deal and draw this cards for you.  for sure i hoped it helped!  

And yes that's what I'm struggling with! My almost ex-husbands reaction if I leave for this long trip and how would that affect me money wise!!!(he pays!!!!)
