Hello. I am going on to Tarot forums because I want to find out if anyone has any insight in to a problem I've been having, which Tarot cards have given me some apparent clarity on. I should point out I'm going off of the Thoth tarot, which I know is a love it or hate it.
From what I understand the King of Cups's main element is water and his secondary element is fire. The Queen of Wands is the reverse. These two have an insatiable need for each other, and yet the instability present in their own composition makes them being together and in a stable state of mind terribly difficult, almost impossible. I've lived this and it took me years to realize but I think it is a very real thing, and furthermore something that is outside my human emotions and reasoning. When you have a certain kind of man (extreme sensitivity and depth, and with a great deal of dignity, drive, and respect for beauty but also the spectre of an icy, destructive monsterousness) and a certain kind of woman (extreme spark and brightness, grace and charm but again kind of monster in her cruelty, fickleness and selfishness). When those two get together they both go insane, and even more than that events around them begin to uncannily go to pieces and every possible obstruction is thrown between them. If anyone has ever read 'Wuthering Heights' that's a good starting place, but I seriously think situations like this are responsible for a large share of all the truly heartrending and rashly destructive tales of love. Does anyone grasp what I'm saying? Obviously this is a me problem I am having but I have really begun to grasp that it might be well, well beyond me.

It is interesting how you have concluded the charcteristics of the King of Cups and the Queen of Wands to events in your life, and yet I see you are a Page of Cups in your astrological sign - Pisces. I dont claim to know the intricacies of the astrological signs and their elements, but I read that the King of Cups is Air (hot and wet) and Water (cold and wet) rather than Fire as you say. Not that I would come up to an 'Aha' type of conclusion to all this, but my point of interest is the following: is your assessment of these two royals astrologically-driven or in tarot terms?
Aer you saying that a Cancerian man and a Leo woman dont or cant make it together as a happy and balanced union?
Care to elaborate if it is no going to become too personal for you?
