Now I cant help the one person I LOVED helping anymore because she posts on that bord and not this one any more. This bord is dead because the ones that made it interesting are over there now.

In my opinion you make a site interesting by being respectfull and mindfull of others gifts, and by having members who make time to reply to posts etc..
I have noticed alot of negitive feedback which is not good for the new ones coming on board. Another site i post on has a rule ... you must have 25 posts before you can ask for a reading? maybe Swetha might like to include this, it does get people talking to each other more..
