 My friend, Kirsten, recently did a tarot Lover's Path reading for me and my potential boyfriend, Anthony.  Here are the results:

  Anthony:  Reverse 10 of Cups
  Major Arcana:  Desire

LAYOUT 2 (Active - achieving goals)
   Me:  Reverse 6 of Cups
   Anthony:  Reverse 3 of Arrows
   Major Arcana:  Tradition

LAYOUT 3 (Intellectual - communication, wisdom)
   Me:  Princess of Coins
   Anthony:  Ace of Staves
   Major Arcana:  Reversed Strength

LAYOUT 4 (physical - sexuality, affection)
   Me:  6 of Staves
   Anthony:  Reverse Ace of Coins
   Major Arcana:  Awakening

OVERALL, card 13:    Grace

Any comments/suggestions/analysis of this reading?  I'd greatly appreciate it!

First off which deck are you using for this paritcular reading? Sometimes it gives the reading an entirely different twist.

Hi Tabi, its the Tarot Lover's Path deck, I recognise the cards, they are unlike others.

So I'm assuming that:

Desire=Lovers
Tradition=Hierophant
and
Awakening=Judgement???

Nope, thats why I said they were different.  The numbers allocated to these are as follows :-

0: Innocence
1: Magic
2: Wisdom
3: Fertility
4: Power
5: Tradition
6: Love
7: Desire
8: Strength
9: Contemplation
10: Fortune
11: Justice
12: Sacrifice
13: Transformation
14: Balance
15: Temptation
16: Oppression
17: Grace
18: Illusion
19: Awakening
20: Judgment
21: Triumph


So in theory you could assume that Desire is 7 or The Chariot and the decision of the two forces, but I think that would be wrong. I think that some decks have no correlation to the RW deck and it is wrong to assume that they do. This deck needs to be read as this deck.
