I've investigated the Tarot course that's posted; it seems pretty basic.  I'm a little bit past that but I would like to have a mentor to chat with, someone to help me out with some of the things that confuse me from time to time.  Is anyone there?   Does anyone have the time?

You have done the course, now you are thinking of going beyond the level let's say stretch the rubberband a bit, very good to do that. Tarot is an adventure and for myself, will still learn so much as my studies continue.

We need to also remeber that the board has a vast amount of information from readers. I think that we will get to some sticky or difficult to answer questions, this makes the board so valuable as a forum where you can also get excellent guidance.

You haven't actually taken the course, or you would know that the work does not stop there, this course is basic, simple, fast and fun and just the beginning. It is designed to give people a quick insight into tarot reading, but many of us do have a good rapport and have gone far deeper into the topics. Try it you might like it!

I professionally, mentor, teach and read.  This is a free board, a free course and we offer free readings. What more could anyone ask for apart from politeness and friendliness? Read the posts and join in and you will find that the whole board acts as amentor

I tend to agree with Gem, if you start moving around the board and looking at subjects which have been discussed before, you will find that normally we all agree upon a possible conclusion or agree to disagree!! and we do it with a happy heart. I'm not saying i wouldn't help you, will do with Gem's blessing.

Something which you really need to consider carefully, is studiyng Tarot, Astrology and Numerology at once, I don't say it is not possible, you will find that some areas are irreconcilable as the approach is totally different. The furthest I studied numerology is to define birth numbers etc. Then only did I start including it in Tarot, and only to reduce numericall values to below ten. Astrological correspondences only goes as far as assigning each week to a different minor arcanum, This is only to possibly give a timeframe. Obviously the Major Arcanum is linked to the Zodiac.

When you start with Tarot there are so many things to take into consideration, that actually any accomplished reader will tell you, it is a never ending study. For example when you start with the Kabala, which is linked to the major arcanum, not even talking about the tree of life. You really need to focus on one area and only use the others to strentghen your interest!
