I think what the others are trying to say is that it is hard to tell what the meaning of your cards are just by stating an order-- if you could post the style of spread that was used in the reading it would be easier. There are several types of spreads used in tarot and different amounts of cards are used in each--and someone who is reading your cards can come up with their own spread--and each can result in a different interpretation of the cards.
Deborah and Saldaba6 were kind enough to give you the conversion of the suits from a deck of playing cards to their Tarot suit: Hearts equate to Cups, Diamonds to Coins (Pentacles), Spades to Swords and Clubs to Wands. (Rods).
