is it best to use a 3 card spread ? just curious

I think the best spread to use is what the Reader itself feel is right according to the question....this way there is no "best way" and nothing that "hinder" you to take your best choice

Tarot is an interaction between the Reader and the cards.....all you learn about Tarot (and other trades) can be pictured as you taken a certificate for a car.
You learn the basic....then you are allowed to do it by yourself....first then will you hopefully learn how to master the car....or the Tarot or Astrology, or.......

Just my opinion though

I spose the simple answer is NO lol?

If a person isn't present, do you mean online readings or phone or what exactly?

I choose spreads depending on the question, the querent and the time I have. Sometime I allow them to choose which they want, more cards more time and so more energy expended?
