What i find interesting is the way in which the major Arcanum has been divided, being three groups of seven, with the second group containing the three virtues, the first group our "management" for lack of a better word of our environment and control of others, and the third group mainly spiritual paths to completion; the World.
another interesting fact is the direct link between the magician and each card in the major Arcanum, of where it is as if he is in control casting his influence in any sphere of the Major Arcanum. Robert M. Place, likened the dice originally found on his table to the Wheel of fortune as well but mostly to the 21 major arcanum cards. This is also reasobly the other description of the Magician as a trickster or gambler. Dice being used in gambling. A closer connotation can then also be drawn to the fact that there are 21 combinations to the throw of dice,
So it seems as if, although the road to spiritual fullfilment is to climb the ladder in the Major Arcanum, the higher number always trumping the other, not to forget what may happen when the Magician rocks up in a reading?
Your views on this would be very interesting!!
Blessed be
