I have the Rider Waite Smith deck. I need to know as much as you can teach me. I am in your tarot 2007 class. It's only been like a week for me really trying to learn.

My list of Tarot Decks:
Title (Publisher)

Gilded Tarot (Llewellyn)
Llewellyn (bit redunant-Llewellyn)
Lunatic
Manara: The Erotic Tarot (LS)

Russian of St. Petersburg (US Games)
Tarot Sutra
Tarot ReVISIONed
Tarot of Dreams (Self)
Tarot of the Secret Forest (LS)

It depends on the type of reading that I am doing but most of the time, I let the person I am reading for choose which deck they would like me to use. :D However I keep that list even shorter like three maybe four different decks.

Hi Gem, i have Robin Wood, Rider Waite, Haindl and Celtic Dragon. I also had the Universal Goddess, but found it to female'ish, i miht be gay but not a queen. Robin Wood is what i started with and got it from a friend of mine doing numerology, the Goddess deck found it's way to her now as i bluntly refused to give her the Robin Wood, excellent conversational skills i have. But with this deck i used the P.Scott Hollander Tarot for beginners. then obviously thi rider waite, although i at one stage had it, but preferred using the RW.
Haindl i find has a lot of imagery of imagery, and to sometimes interpret a image precede by three or four others unessesarily complicate matters. The Celtic Dragon tends to loose some of the original symbolism and only uses upright meanings.
I am wanting to acquire more decks, just as in a collection, i find the artistry incredibly beautifull.
Blessed be.
