Could you please state what deck you are using as this would help.  The card names are unfamiliar in some cases so making it difficult to visualise them.

First impressions are that the group dynamics (Three of the number 3's in the Minor Arcana) are perceived as being problematic. It's as almost as if you wish you could create a separate identity of your own (6 Staves) but the opportunities to do so create further friction (3 Staves).  It seems that the effort to do so has been painful (10 Arrows) but not decisively negative. Objectivity and patience is required (7 Coins) as what you wish will happen but in its own sweet time.  In the meantime, keep calm - there seems to be a feeling of emotional uncertainty because no-one seems to understand you.  (6 & 3 Wands opposed by the 3, 7, & 8 Cups). Do nothing rash - your confusion (7 Cups) is the stage before clarity (Wisdom), and if you are patient and self-controlled (Strength), you make better choices when the time comes.  Keep your own counsel and bide your time.  Don't give into fear or your emotions.
