Can we trust Tarot reading for a better quality of life or fear it from taking all we love away?

Tarot can give you insight into your life but its your choice (free will) as to what you do with the information you receive

OK I promise this is my last reply lol,

Why don't you ask for a reading and see if the tarot is accurate?  It cannot take away anything that you do not give.

A good tarot reader will encourage and support and offer enlightenment on your situation. They do not take anything away, they give, give, give., mostly with very little reward or even energy exchange. Most people that request a reading do not even bother to return and offer feedback or say thank you. Readers give their time, their love, their expertise and their compassion.

Many querents (people that request a reading) seek guidance and answers to their problems, and a good tarot reading can give just that. It helps by showing a picture back to them that they can understand and take their own meaning from. The reading may be confusing or mixed up for the reader but it is not meant for them, but for the querent it shows a different view, possibilities and opportunities that make sense to them

Carl C. Jung, a well known psychiatrist, simply said that tarot is used to communicate to your subconscious, just as dreams do and just as dreams are, the answers are going to be slightly vague in such a way only you and people who know you fairly well, can guess what its referring to.

These cards are used for several things:  to help make a decision (seeing what will happen with the two options), to read your history (past, present, and future), read relationships (how you see each other, how compatible you are, etc.), amongst other things.

Don't become obsessed with tarot because a lot of it is on you.  They're just tools to help you see things from another perspective

I was just curious why you used Carl Jung as your example. You take for granted he knew what he was talking about? What if tarot and dreams are also a vehicle for communicating with those who have passed and with those who have never been born to this world?
