I read that is the way to give a reading to some one else. That is the only way to get a reading for them, but it does say in other places I've read in no one is supposed to ever touch your tarot cards.
Maybe buy two decks of the same kind and save one only for yourself and one to use for others. It also says to keep a tarot deck wrapped in a black silk cloth and store it in a wood box always and never loan them out to people. |
You are right about not shuffling, the book only says to let them cut the deck.
