I don't recall ever hearing of a Love Spread, as such. You can always start any spread with a question like: Tell me about this relationship or Am I likely to get into a love relationship with so and so and, if so, tell me about it. Then you can go from there with more questions.
That's how I'd do it. But everyone has their own way of doing things.
Hope this helps,

Love Spreads? Wow. Never heard of them. I guess you could ask a specific question, like MySpirit1111 suggested. I think that you yourself will be able to think up of either the best spread or best combination for the occasion.
If you know who you have a crush on someone, why not do the Two Choices spread, where you align a bottom card of the situation, and then branch out with the situations if you choose choice A and the situations if you choose choice B. An appropriate question would be: Should I ask him on a date? If A is Yes and B is No, the situations will unfold according to your feelings on the subject. After choosing the situation cards for both choices, draw two more and place them branching out furthur than the second and third card. They will be the outcomes of each choice.
Hope it helps. For any information, just email me or ask in a post or something. Cheers.
