We just learned that my husband's grandfather has been diagnosed with bone cancer.  Both his family and mine have experience with cancer and its devastating effects.

I am wondering if anyone can suggest a spread that I can do to see if the diagnosis is, in fact, correct, what Papa has ahead of him, etc.  I will even take advice about NOT doing a spread.  I am open to any and all guidance.

In order to believe a spread in Tarot for such an serious illness, you have to be so good in Tarot that you did not need to ask this question.

Tarot is more for guiding people on the right way....show possible action to take in order to get to some target.

Illness are often happening without us able to change the outcome.

That must be advices on a early stages like give up smoke...don't drink heavy drinks, don't  eat unhealthy food, do a lot of exercise.

So any outcome from your spread would have no solution to the problem...

Just my opinion...and I wish you and your family all the best...I know it will be a hard time...I too have got a family members that have received the message ...he is only 65 and not much they can do :(

Rhutobello, thank you for your response.  I know that I can't change anything at this point but I guess I was hoping that maybe the cards could show me how Papa's road ahead would be...whether he will be with us for a while or if this is going to happen quickly, etc.  We know already that this is terminal and with his age there is a great possibility that he may decide to forego treatment.   It's a times like these that we grasp at anything for confirmation, strength and hope, right?  Thanks again.

I do not really know whether I am "out of turn" here; but I recently came across this information - following on from a posting of Nicole's, in fact!

I have read what this doctor (Dr Hulda Clark) has to say, and I must say, I feel that she may well be right ...  At the moment, cancer is regarded as a strange anomaly, in which the body suddenly turns on itself.  And though there is much talk of "carcinogens", there seems no proper indication of exactly what starts it.  She makes an extraordinary claim (that this treatment is a total cure for all cancers); and yet does not "cleverly" insist on telling you what the treatment is only after you have given HER a substantial amount of money.  On the contrary, you can read for yourself what she has to say about her findings, her conclusions, and the treatment/dosages without paying one single penny to her.

She says it is due to a parasite, in conjunction with other substances ingested.  It puts me in mind of how ulcers, which were until fairly recently thought to be caused by lifestyle, have turned out to be caused by a bacterium (helicobacter pylorii) which infests the digestive system, and burrows itself through the intestinal/stomach lining.

I have been puzzling over this for the past couple of weeks.  Can this really be true?  How to find out?  But for you ... I will simply send you to the information I came across.
