this is how i got a reading for a lady wo wanted to know if she would conceive soon
the cards pulled out were

and strenght
i intepreted it thus that she will be pregnant soon but she will have a very difficult pregnanaxy but she will have the strenght to go through the pregnancy as the joy of the baby would be allow her to go through all the emotional physical and material obstacles.

I personally don't read reversed cards, but I've known many readers who find them useful. I'm not quite sure what the 3 card positions mean specifically, if anything. Just intuitively speaking..I'd have to agree a pregnancy seems likely. Although I get the impression it will not be an othodox pregnancy. Perhaps involving fertility treatments/in vitro fert.
It definitely seems like this querent has issues with her family..in this case I'm referring to extended family..disapproval. All in all, I think you're right on.
