It's just three red dots (like if you put your finger hard against your skin to make a mark). One each on the eyebrows and one on the middle of the forehead where the third eye is.

Was your son looking at your chest at any point and or touching it?

I think you may well be fighting a disease, children can be very attuned, and you may also be attuned to it. The dream may also indicate this, did this cousin or that side of your family have a particular health challenge?

The places you indicated on your son are also nerve/ pressure points. Associated with focus, headache relief, and spiritual uplifting. If red I would imagine they were stressed out and in need of nourishment, or overworking at that period of time.

As devil in dreams go it is usually about facing ourselves and our fears. Are you worried about passing something on to your son? The devil/ cousin in dreaming could equally be you in another aspect!

Given your eagerness for retribution it could also be an astral battle, especially your comments on when you meet again in that plane.

Be weary of things that can feed on fear, and illusion!

I am not interested in judging validity or reality of your witness to the events. I just want to remind you that often inner battles manifest into these sorts of things- and it is good that your subconscious and conscious are trying so hard to point at the problem!!

No. I felt the pain and asked my wife to make sure it was not her (since she has heartburn). She said no, and I realized someone was trying to get my attention.

You have told me this before, about a disease or illness? This particular cousin/side of the family did not and does not have any particular disease associated with them.

I thought this also in terms of pressure points. That is one thing that actually got my interest. The mark on the third eye disappeared fairly quickly (few minutes), but the marks on the eyebrows lasted a little longer. Very possible though regarding nourishment, etc.
