My two cent......it don't necessary need to be mountains......this I take from the assumption that the highest point is the front wave....then those other would be the waves that follow behind. What we assume is a lake, (on the side)might then be the shore where the waves hit.

Tourbi:  I'm a little spacier than usual today (thanks to a cold and some Nyquil and a little wine with lunch), but I don't see the England thing.  (Believe me, I know that that doesn't necessarily mean it's not there!).  Either way, it IS funny.  Of all the words to be my "first"   !

Rhutobello:  I agree--it could be mountains or just more waves.  Either way, the big "wave" on the right side does seem ominous, if that's what it is!
