This link is for a book. Where and what does the symbol on the books cover mean. Is it a symbol for power, like a contract, or is it a seal or spell?

Not entirely sure but im sure its some sort of Nordic Rune, the nazi's were quite fond of introducing pseudo-nordic symbols into thier new culture (take the SS symbol)

At a glance it may just be a random two runes pur on the front cover of the book and then surrounded by the outline by the author, i've read and seen a lot on WWII and the Nazi's and i've never seen this symbol before.

If you do a little research you will find that the Nazi party was a grand occult affair of great power. The symbol on this book is of one of the orders that were involved.
