it was not about helping others but to help yourself . i am a businessman , i need to play the leader at times . this thing here can give the people around you a sense of security and so make you the leader automatically . after a time you get the aura of the leader .

Being a leader is a good position to learn from, the same as being a follower. There are responsibilities to any position in life. The ultimate responsibility of the position is to not to take away others' personal responsibility, but to help them see their own.
