First and foremost.....flow spirit flow.  The fact is that meditation changes and brings on new energies for us to deal with.  Keeping them in your head can leave physical symptoms - headaches.

Using whatever method works for you - see a flow of energy through your whole body (mind and spirit as well) as you meditate.  There is nothing static about energy - see it flow.

Well see i had done guided meditations and 2 of them had those kind of exercises. But i was meditating for about an hour and lisned to about four or five meditations could one of those things have caused it?  Should i not go for as long if im not used to meditating? Or is it bad to do different meditations in a row?

Four or Five guided mediations will do that. You need to be grounded and centered before attempting any. And please don't do more than one at a time or you will waste the effect or achievement. If you find you do a guided med and nothing feels like it has happened, you don't feel refreshed or at peace or more relaxed then try another day with a different one. WEre you sitting still or laying down?

I started with a grounding and I was sitting legs crossed on my bed.
