bought a carnelian stone heart, had a reading and asked about my spirit guides as well...

why did I have a coughing fit during friday night's sleep... like really bad coughing?

Was any healing done on your throat or heart chakra? I had something done on my heart chakra and the same thing happened to me, except it happened at that moment. And it turned to gagging and dry heaving, but it happened at the moment, right after she stopped. How long after the healing did this happen? And like spiritalk said, examine everything else first.
