The solar plexes is not a true chakra. It is the line between the power chakra and and the heart chakra. And through the stomach it controls alot of autonomic stuff with both positive and negative effects.

Anyway Sant I was probably out of line to make a comment on your post.

It is just that true Cosmic Conscienceness is actually looking at reality through God's mind and love is the true focus. Some folks experience it through power and think that they are experiencing true Cosmic Conscienceness and they actually are not. They are actually experiencing themselves as a god and not God as God.

And SpiritTalk you have to open all of your chakras to experience the spirits, I do not have too. All I have to open is my heart chakra.
