A deeper realisation that we are not this body and we are ATMA is the path to remove desires and sorrows from our life. This is the goal of life..
A simple understanding and acceptance through words will not help but a deeper realisation alone will help us to become pure.

To attain that state of pure heart and soul, I feel, one must follow the path of Bhagavath Gita. One must see Love in everything, and One must come out of the sense "I" .That is deeper realization I think. Thanks Prabakar for your wonderful views. But attaining this stage in this materialistic world is not that easy as we all are thinking and speaking. So I do agree with U.
