Dont worry hueii, this happens to me usually between wake and sleep. i either totally Astrel Project or snap out of it. Somtimes it seems to be another entity in my room. On such occasions it seems i am snoring loudly, as on one occasion a voice said my name and complained that they could not sleep yet no other person was present, at least visually anyway.
Obviously we will all differ in experience, but the area around the crown chakra is like an antenna and will resonate when other forces come into play
