I have been studying the secrets of life for a few months now and I am beginning to see how the world is in us.

For example...if there is something that we don't like about another person, there is a underlying feeling within us that has been unresolved or even that same thing you don't like is part of your own personality.

However, there is a person in my life and a certain personality trait can quickly send me from calm to frustrated and angry.  I've searched within myself and have concluded that that trait is not in me.  There is a whole lot of feelings surrounding this person but I am sure this personality trait is not within me.

So this makes me wonder...

Is the world really in us?

How should I overcome this personality trait of this person that leads me to so much frustration and anger?

I am able to calm myself quite easily after these brief moments of negative emotions but each day I see this person something will trigger this trait to come to the surface.  It's like an endless cycle.  How does one resolve this problem?
