The power which can not be seen or expressed is known as God. GOD means Generator Operator and Destroyer. The various names and shapes are being given by us and by our own illusions. But the question is how to access and realize power. You should understand the truth. Truth is not what you see; it is white light and power which you can just feel only. Of course, through mind you can access and realise. If mind is fit & fine and positive we can achieve this goal and develop positive results
Mind consists of two levels i.e. conscious and sub-conscious. Conscious what you see, touch and use our brain. Whereas sub-conscious mind is the combination of two parts i.e. data of the previous birth and data which you collect through various activity on this earth like reading, viewing or hearing.
With the previous data we do our actions and what you say that as destiny. The reaction on that action determines our next action or birth. This reaction is planned with the help of our conscious mind and finally acts with the help of our emotional centers which are commonly known as Chakras in our body.
When conscious mind is not controlled by sub-conscious mind than the wrong orders or acts will take place, than there will be imbalance in our emotional centers. This dis-ease will convert into disease.
Illness is the result of an imbalance, usually caused by a mental decision, based on an emotional reaction to an event or events in our lives. Once the mind is made up, then our life becomes an adventure of discovering how right our mind is, and experiencing the resulting illness, which can, and usually does, occur.

Our mind is a powerful tool, which can work for and against our and our well-being. Reiki and crystals will enable us to clear the mind and open our heart to love and health.

This is no way an attempt to list every illness or symptom of illness. It is merely a guide. Ask yourself: ‘what are my thoughts and fears? ‘What am I not expressing, and how is this manifesting itself physically in me at this moment?’ your answers are always there inside you.

Disease the combination of two words i.e. Dis and Ease. We block our energies i.e. our thoughts, which result an imbalance in the area, organ and body functions controlled by the energies. Disease or illness will occur if there is imbalance in the energies.

What you have posted makes sense to me. And it is a gift to others. I personally would like to encourage you to talk about the concept that you have introduced in this topic. It is yogi knowledge and most true yogi knowledge is not available to the general public. Mostly, true yogi masters are not on the internet atempting to share "Free" information

So Satyamani may I ask you this, "How do we proceed to unblock things?" Based on my experience with the human mind it is set in "concrete" so to speak. And that the adult human mind really, generally speaking, does not like change. "So where does one start to gently chip away the "concrete" that is the human mind to create change in the direction toward, a healthier physical body?"
