Left recipe for disaster off at Dean of Arts and Sciences reception desk of University of Toronto on Thursday, perhaps Friday Morning. Hard to remember have not had much sleep.
Wrote on it to be read by head of Philosophy and head of Atsro and Theoretical Physics. Did not have their name. A spirit was working either against me or to test me not sure.
Very very intense.
I am back home.
It is almost 4 a.m. just took neuroleptic (anti psychotic).
Some body parts need to heal along with abscessed tooth.
Did get a call from Ottawa but not sure if it was from NRC that is why I drove to Toronto U of T to hand deliver recipe for disaster.
Will wait has they will have to digest what I wrote in my hotel room in Toronto at the Sutton Hotel.
Did take a quick trip to Ottawa and stayed at Travelodege and stayed in Room "322". How weird is that? 322 is under "Skull and Bones" emblem
Some peoples kids turn out to be quite frightening individuals when they get older.

Also included some countries embassies so they could be provided with copies of information I provided It may take some time for them to translate and see that it gets delivered to the responsible parties.
Nuclear powers that where not included on my list if memory serves me correctly: India, Pakistan, the Israeli's and North Korea.
