when I was working in my old job I dream I was in the dessert looking confused and suddenly a humanoid dragon comes out the sand It looks like a humanoid dragon made of fire and he looks at me and says: Your wish is my command.

I need to ask a few questions about this dream.  You do not have to answer them.  Please protect the identity of anyone associated with my questions.  

Have you had dreams like this before?

Are you able to do directed dreaming?   Lucid dreaming?

Do you have spirit guides?

Tell me about this "old job".  

Do you have any trouble expressing anger?  

Do you have any trouble expressing your personal power?

no Sue I havent had any dream like that before it felt more real than any dream I had before I could even feel the hot of the dessert.
you want me to tell you about the situation it was happening in that old job?
I had a boss that was a real %&/( made my life miserable and also I was trying to finding a way to get over a girl I liked in my job.
In the dream I think about my boss and the genie sayed something like: "ok. want that? lets put things in balance" then he move his hand and little fire dragons come ou of his hand and then it smiled and then asked "It is done. and now?" there my dream ended.
According to and old  friend I havent chat in a long time I have spirit guides thanks to something I did but never a dragon genie has appeared to me when im awake and neither have appeared in my dreams again.

If you have trouble expressing your anger, and if you have trouble owning your personal power,
then the dragon is expressing that which you are not expressing.  I am not suggesting that you
should "become" the dragon.  This dragon is an amplified symbol -- it is larger than life.   There is
alot of energy around him, which also helped make your dream very vivid.  All of that energy is
built up like water behind a dam.   Once the water is released, the energy decreases.  Once you
express even a little personal power and anger, the pressure begins to decrease.  

If, on the other hand, you have NO trouble expressing anger and personal power, the warning here is
that you could become inclined to abuse power.  The dragon here has no conscience about hurting others.  
He lives in a hot desert.  There is no water (compassion, love, healing energy).  His actions are not of wisdom,
in this dream.   Symbolically the dragon is regarded to be a wise, powerful creature, but in this dream
he is not conducting himself in an appropriate manner.  You are seeing the negative, limited aspect
of the dragon.   The best recourse is to not be tempted by the dragon, and to tell the dragon what is
wrong with his behavior.  You do not have to accept his offer.  You do not have to invite him to be a guide.
