Well, I know that people born in the early zodiac degrees of a sun sign are somewhat different from those born at the end of the same sign. But I'm not so sure about this Ophiuchus- zodiac...

However, I do know a Sag born on the 25th of november and he behaves, in my opinion, very much like a Scorpio and he has no planets in that sign (apart from Uranus, a generational planet). And I also know 2 Sags born at the end of december, the 19th and 21st, who really fit the descriptions of a Sag.

Oh, well, I was born on nov 25th and nobody can accuse me of not being a true Sag. Never heard of that other sign, though, and I find it moves the original dates around too much.

I'm intrigued by it. I was born on December 17, and when it comes to the compatibility I do get along better with earth signs than air signs and fire signs. However, I'm described quite well by the sun sign of Sagittarius, so it's hard to say. I've seen different websites with different dates for Ophiucus too, so I'm not sure.

Me and a friend were both born under what would be Serpantarius(another name for it), and it does resonate. We both have ways of consulting divination. We both can play hypnotizing music. We recorded some and I can post a link when it's uploaded for anyone who wants to hear.

The stars have changed a lot since the original zodiac was put together, clinging to an old system just because it's familiar is no way to stay with the times. It has everything the other zodiac signs had to become sings. A mythology, a star formation with underlying symbology.
