The answer to a question is obtained in the form of yes or no. The question is posed and three runes are drawn. It also matters if the rune is upright or reversed. When the runes drawn are non reversible, then their general meaning is seen.
When all three runes are positive, the answer is a definite yes. When all three runes are negative, the answer is a definite no. When two runes are positive and one is negative, the answer is yes but with some conditions unfulfilled. When two runes are negative and one is positive, the answer is no but the result may not be so bad. Two negative runes with a nonreversible rune should be treated like three negatives. If the Blank Rune is drawn, it means that the question cannot be judged or its better you do not know the answer. The question can be asked thrice, waiting for a day each, but even if in the third time the blank rune is draw, it’s better to forget the question.
