What's Inguz and Perthro inturpret together as one?, Mysticism, reading, forums, Numerology, Sun Signs, Divination

I was doing the 7 rune layout.
Wondering what path my boy and I walk together.
The first 2 runes were Perthro and inguz. (So, they are the problem I am facing).
Inguz was lying in converse, face up. Perthro was upside down.
If more detail will help you give me a definition- I will describe my layout.
rune:
#1- Inguz converse, face up
#2- perthro right side up, flipped upside down
#3- Uruz, right side up, face up
#4 Hagalaz, right side up, face up
#5 Berkana Upside down, but right side up
#6 Ehwaz, ride ride up- face up.
#7 Mannaz- Converse- facing left. Face up.

I got a pretty good Idea what this reading is telling me, I just am so confused what inguz and perthro mean together, if you could please help me out. I'd appreciate it, thanks!

The two do seem conflicting don't they? Did you name the positions at all

Sorry thought that you were doing a runic layout? You just say using seven runes? How did you cast them? Where did they fall?

I placed them like this
123456
7
1 and 2 work together answering the past leading to current
3 and 4 i believe work together as present
5 and 6 is what needs most attention and I believe it answers what's to come
and 7 i believe was the future
I haven't played with my runes for a while so I am a little fuzzy on remembering that at the moment, but I believe what I typed is correct.
and I still would love any answers
