This signifies a broken heart and betrayal. There may be a separation which may lead to a lot of sorrow and tears. There may be disruption and discord to a large extent. The only solution is letting go of things. Health related to the heart may not be very good.

Heartbreak, what more can I add. This is a card of great sorrow. You have reached your lowest point. There is much hurt however the only way to deal with this is to move forward. Seeing hope even though at this moment in time you feel like there is none.

The break-up of a relationship marriage or partnership.

It could also mean a breakdown in communications.

A separation.

Feeling the loss of something or someone very dear to you.
