I have had a memory since I was very, very young, of going somewhere in a car, along a long road with no other cars in sight. The road had water on each side of it, and I saw no end to the road, and water on each side, no land in sight. Could this be a memory? I have not been out of Michigan, and I don't know of any place that could have been a memory from when I was young. I have often wondered if it is a past life memory. I often thought at younger age like I knew when we turned a corner I would know what was there, and often had a deja vu sense that I had been there before. I don't get that too often anymore though.

I've had a few weird memories like that too, that when shared with family, they look at me like I'm crazy!
It might be that you had a past life in a similar area, and that it is really quite closely tied to you.
Maybe meditate on the images too and see if you find any connections
