So i tried a past life meditation, I only got alittle bit from it but what i did get was when i looked at my feet they were very dark skinned I dont think they were African american just deffenetly not cacation. And they were attached to really scrawny legs and maybe brown clothing. I just wanted to share.

Alise it is amazing the small insights we can get when first trying any kind of experimentation with meditation and especially with the past. Next time you try it prepare yourself very well and depending on the meditation you choose ask questions yourself too. There are many ways of accessing the history of our lives and one is through the Akasha which holds all information. Sometimes meditation can open a link and you will slowly see a picture unfold
