has anyone ever seen or been given facts or details of any of their past lives? I have been given only vague details of one of my past lives.

No i have not, but it can happen though it is very rare. The most common way of getting details on your past lives is by doing a mental journey, your spirit guide will assist you and you will be told what every they allow you to know.

I make it sound simple their is more to it than that i suppose, but the general idea is accurate.

how do u go on a mental journey now?? i thought to understand these u need to have some spiritual intuition or something and not every one is able to understand them.

I have been given glimpses into my past life and it was through dream and dream like states. Everyone has intuition, therefore if focus is given to making that intuition stronger and more noticeable by yourself (trust is an important factor) then you are capable of everything and anything that another is capable of. I believe that dream is one of the most important and most frequently used forms of communication from spirit guides (and many others).
