Can I ask what you mean by 'immortal' in the Chinese sense? Do you mean someone like Bodhidarma? or a Daoist wizard? (sometimes referred to as "hsien" in Chinese).

Dear Friends,

The tips are as following:

1.Calming your mind
2.Recall what kind of experience, design style, art, music, which has a strong inner connection to you
3.Focusing mind of that matter
4.Slowly you will get picture of what happen to you in the past life

hi, most past life meditations i have found is guided. here is a meditation for those interested.
sit somewhere comfortable, and relax. imagine sitting somewhere peaceful, then notice that you have a photo album, the first picture is you in this life, with the date it was taken. as you look through it, each of the other pics are of past lives. take your time and look through them.
if you get relaxed enough this one works fairly well, at least it does for me. you could also try scrying for past lives
