I did a self-regression a few days ago for the first time. I specifically wanted to know about the relationship I had with someone I know in this life. I mean, I asked to be shown a life where something that still affects us happened.
The thing is that I couldn't see much, I only got an image of a young woman who was dressed in clothes that looked old. I think that woman is me. But then I started to "feel" a lot of things: I felt that I was pregnant and this person that I was asking about was my son. And I think that I gave him up. I think that he was with me for some time, but then I couldn't keep him (I don't know but I think I was very poor and young) and gave him up. And always felt guilty about that, and also think that he always wanted to go back to his 'real' mother.
My question is: is it possible to "feel" a past life? I couldn't really see much, so I wonder if it was just my imagination. Although, I have to admit that even my memories from this life are not really 'visual'. I have very good memory, but what I remember more are things said, feelings and sensations... Any thoughts?

it's possible..
some poeple may still have some memories from their past life,even it's just a little and vaque...
but you can actually improve it if you practice meditation,but you should be patient and tough..coz nothing good come instantly

yes, you can feel a past life.  that is actually the best way to remember.  as time goes on the feelings and images get sharper.  we all have a subconscious mechanism preventing us from remembering past lives at first so that we can grow the present personality.  but as we begin to get information - if it serves us karmically to do so - this mechanism relaxes.  this is why, as wicked_witch says, it takes time.

check this sense of memory to see if it fits in with the feelings or experiences you are having now with this person.  do you still feel the same way, or are you now the one experiencing loss?  if the latter, self-forgiveness may be in order.

Try this exercise. Before falling asleep, tell yourself you want to dream about one of your past lives. Think to yourself you want to remember the past life you had involving the specific person in this life. If it doesn't work the first night , keep trying the following night. I and my friends have had some great results in a day or two using this dream suggestion technique.
