The other day I was meditating and suddenly I was in a ornatley decorated church or monestary. There was a man there(I believe) hooded in a robe and wearing sandles. I could not see the face at all. I had the overwhelming sense it was me. As I approached, he quickly turned and began walking away hurriedly as though he had sensed my presecence! I chased him down asking questions but he went into his living quarters and closed the door on me.
Is this possible? To be a spriit watching your own past life as though it was on television? And is it even possible to even have a conversation?

This is the first time i´m actually posting here. I just want to tell you this: i became to know about my past life throw a dream in 1999 and years later got my final confirmation. In that ´99-dream i was atleast 1 time in the body of the woman i have been and also have been looking at the woman as if i was watching without being present in the dream. During the same sleep i was also sitting in a cinema, as if that same past life was shown for the second time in the cinema. The first time must have been like being in the "story" itself. Can also say another thing. In 2005 someone dreamed about my past life. There are more things to say about it, but i don´t want to make it too long. This person dreamed my past life dream, but in a little different way. He came in the body of my lover and when my lover died, he came in his own body. There was a man with my lover(it seemed to be an unworldly man), but when that person came back in his own body in the dream itself, that man became angry at him for an unknown reason. Then the dreamer flew away from the place. So in my personal case i met someone throw internet who could see something of my past life. Not to be mistaken: this person is not literally that lover from the past life, but has been like a messenger to me, giving me the final confirmation. I think you can know about your past life when you are ready for it and the past life i know of, was a very very heavy one, so you must be able to deal with it i think. In a past life like mine, the emotions can be very intense and strong. Hope this is a little help for you.

That's exactly what I was talking about. It felt like I was in  a past life but having an out of body experience. The unfortunate thing is that I was asking myself a why question and I guess I'm not ready for the answer!
