I was recently attuned to the traditional Usui master level 3 Reiki. I'm still reading over the manuals but am a bit ADD and have trouble concentrating lol. All 3 levels were done distantly and I was wondering how many of you feel it differs from being attuned in person.  Maybe I'm still just fairly new and need more time to adjust but I just don't feel ready to use this on anyone. I would like to practice on my exhusband and he is willing but I was also wondering if anyone has any suggestions as far as videos or some kind of visuals since I seem to learn better this way.

Congratulations, try searching Steve Murray. He does some wonderful dvds etc.

I have attuned many people over the internet, and all so far (fingers crossed) say they have felt the energy and have had a strong experience. The beauty of a good distance attunement is that time and place hold no boundaries, you could be attuned to master in the middle of a pine wood or the side of a lake or up a mountain which makes for some really beautiful attunements
