your dreams are your subconscious' way of sorting out what needs to stay in the subconscious and what can go.. and its also its way of dealing with repressed thoughts or feelings. when you have a fearful feeling write it down.. and then keep a dream journal next to your bed and in the morning write down the content of your dream.
see if they are similar. these are the things that you need to work on. also speaking metaphysically once you step on the healing platform other energies feel that shift.
you will need to learn how to do room cleansings and how to protect your child from feeling your energies, she is being affected because you are both so close. learning to shield is very important.
Now, are you are level reiki practitioner? if not, are you going to get that?

reiki is an outstanding healing Modality .. but I feel that you would benefit more from the EFT for the thoughts and feelings.
