i want to know that a teacher can check how strong student's reiki energy is ? and how clear his reiki channel and chekras are?

My teacher had basically the same question asked (yes, by me!).  She said that all students of Reiki who are "initiated" are open to the energy passing through.  The clarity of chakras opened, and the strength of the energy passing through, I think she could tell "intuitively" and by "feel".  Meaning she could feel the strength or the ability of her students.  I myself can feel a difference in people's energy when they are doing Reiki on me. I think the strength of the Reiki channel depends primarily on the willingness to BE a channel.  
just my opinion.  Hopefully, more definitive answers will come from the other Reiki practitioners here.

I would use a scanning technique, something like Byosen Reiken Ho? I have found that the more a student channels and uses reiki the clearer and more definate the channel. But some are natural channels and need no attunements, they just are!

Chakras can be scanned too using the hand and feel for hot or cold or spinning etc. Is that the kind of thing you mean Azhar?
